IT support built for your industry
Industry-specific managed IT means Express IT Solutions runs your networks, servers, backups, email and security the way your field requires: inside your compliance program, with the systems we never touch named in writing. The work has run from Syracuse, New York since 2005, for clients from Upstate New York to the West Coast.
Run from two offices in Fayetteville and downtown Syracuse, with most work done remotely and a truck when it is not.
Six industries, six specific pages
Each one says what we run, what we never touch, and what it costs. If your field is not here, the answer is usually still yes: these pages exist for the industries with special rules.
Power plants and peakers
Business-side IT for generating facilities nationwide: vendor remote access, monitoring for unstaffed sites, backups and the office network. Built for operating companies that run more than one plant.
We never touch the DCS, SCADA or relay settings.Power plant IT support
Manufacturing
Everything but the machines: office network, ERP connectivity, scanner fleets, and segmentation that keeps the production floor separate. Downtime math is different when a line is waiting on a login.
We never touch the PLCs or machine controls.Manufacturing IT support
Accounting firms
Tax season readiness, encrypted email, seasonal staff accounts, and the technical controls your WISP requires. Your busiest ten weeks are what the whole setup is built around.
We never touch the returns.Accounting firm IT support
Dental practices
Practice management software, imaging workstations, HIPAA-grade backups and the front desk machines that keep the schedule moving. We coordinate with your PMS and imaging vendors instead of pointing at them.
We never touch the operatory.Dental office IT support
Medical offices
EHR connectivity, HIPAA security, backups with real restore tests, and workstations that sign in fast between patients. Built for independent practices, not hospital systems.
We never touch the exam room.Medical office IT support
Micron-area businesses
Office stand-ups, networks and security for the contractors, suppliers and newcomers arriving around the semiconductor project in Clay. From empty suite to working office on a date you can hold.
No affiliation with Micron Technology.IT for Micron-area businesses
Law firms
Encrypted email, conflicts walls on the technical side, tested backups, and e-filing nights prepared for in advance. Confidentiality is the spine of the whole setup.
We stay out of the case files.Law firm IT support
How we treat regulated work
The same three rules on every page above, because they are what an auditor, a partner or a plant manager actually checks.
Word for word from public Google reviews. Names as the reviewers published them.
“Express provides excellent service, we’ve been with them for years. They are always responsive to whatever issues we might have. Great work, always totally pleased.”
“I have always had good experiences with this team. They listen to the problem and take the time to go over it with you if you need or want them to. Very good experience and reasonable.”
Straight answers
The questions we get from every industry on this page.
Which industries does Express IT Solutions support?
Express IT Solutions supports businesses in most industries; the dedicated pages cover power plants and peakers, manufacturing, accounting firms, law firms, dental practices, medical offices, and businesses setting up around the Micron project in Clay. If yours is not on that list, the answer is usually still yes: most of our clients are ordinary businesses, and the industry pages exist for the fields with special rules.
Do you only work in Syracuse?
No. The company runs from Syracuse, New York, with offices in Fayetteville and downtown Syracuse, and plant clients coast to coast. On-site work covers Upstate New York, and within 50 miles of Syracuse visits are routine. Day to day, most support happens remotely.
Why do your industry pages say what you will not touch?
Because the fastest way to lose your trust is to pretend we do everything. The DCS belongs to your controls engineers, the returns to your CPAs, the operatory to your equipment vendors. Naming that line in writing keeps responsibility clear, and it tells you we have actually worked in your field.
What does industry-specific IT support cost?
Hourly for project work, or a flat monthly plan for full coverage. The plans are published: $65, $80 and $99 per user per month, and industry specifics get priced in the first conversation. Either way the price goes in writing before any work starts.
Tell us where you fit.
How many people, how many sites, and what keeps failing. That is enough for a straight recommendation and the price in writing, usually in the first conversation.
