The story

Express Computer Service L.L.C. was filed with New York State on May 13, 2005. That is the company you are reading about right now: the same legal entity, operating continuously for more than 21 years. The early work was what the name said. We repaired computers for homes and small businesses around Fayetteville, and we did it well enough that people kept calling.
The name changed. The company did not.
Somewhere between tune-ups and today, the job outgrew the name. Repair calls became requests to run the whole thing: the network, the firewall, the server, Microsoft 365, the backups, the phones. So the firm now operates as Express IT Solutions. The legal entity is unchanged, and the state filing still reads Express Computer Service L.L.C. We will not invent a ceremony date for the rename, because the date we can prove is the one that matters: May 13, 2005. Express IT designed, built, and operates two production systems of our own: PlowzBox, an on premises AI office manager for landscaping companies, and CNY Signal, a live Syracuse alerts platform that transcribes Central New York police, fire, and EMS radio in real time.
